Hey Luis,
Appreciate you being a Metrix Pro member and taking the time to share your thoughts, even the critical ones.
Let me be upfront: BuildrWealth is a mentorship company built for serious investors who want to scale their DeFi portfolios. We’re not for everyone, and we don’t pretend to be. We invest real time, capital, and resources into helping qualified individuals get results. That’s why our flagship Legacy program is priced the way it is. That’s also why all of the paid BuildrWealth offerings state that they are for investors with $25k or more (even the seminar recording).
Now, instead of hiding everything behind a paywall like most businesses do, we actually chose to offer an intro community for free. That includes our forums, chat access, beginner-friendly content, and monthly workshops. We’re regularly publishing new videos on YouTube and pushing updates to our tools, many of which are completely free. We offer all of this for free because we believe in the greater good of onboarding retail investors to DeFi & Crypto.
We do run polls and ask for community input because we actually care what our users think, not because we’re secretly trying to “milk” people. And yes, we released a single 60-minute recording from our private client sessions for $27, a fraction of what it costs to access the program it’s pulled from. The only reason this recording was released to the public is because we wanted to help investors with underwater positions. The feedback that our community provided was to attach a small $27 price tag to it, to ensure we’re not diluting the value of our paid offerings.
Truth is, we’re building tools and content that thousands of users are getting value from every week, without ever paying us a dime. We don’t expect anything out of these users, but we do lose our time & money supporting these users (from responding to messages, API costs from our software, etc) and that’s okay.
That said, I’ll take your feedback on the YouTube content. We’re always working to improve.
Jake
