I'm glad I found out how ignorant, unprofessional and rude they are before going into business w them! I wrote in re getting a "rebuilt" Lanai and the guy screening the call was wasting my time asking questions that are common sense if he read what I wrote such as: How many rooms do you want? And is this your first lanai, and Have you had it rebuilt before, etc. And when I asked him why he's asking illogical questions he hung up. I won't go into business with them based on his behavior.

Linda, We're sorry that this is how you feel your experience went with BuildZoom. I'd like to share some info as to why the questions the rep was asking were not "illogical". In order to tailor the best experience for you as a property owner, we need to understand a lot of information to send out to contractors so that they bid on your project. The more information we receive, the better your experience becomes. This rep is doing exactly what they should be doing, despite having the information written down. We cannot always take what was written down as final word in what a property owner wants in the project. Sometimes, these specifications change, even later in the project, and it is our job to ensure that we get as much accurate and detailed information as possible.

By Carol B. February 14, 2024 Install A Washer/Dryer $1,600 This is the second time I have contacted Eli because of the professional job he had done on my chimney and living room ceiling. Caldwell Consulting is top of the line!! This time I needed a new washer/dryer installed where he needed to create an area behind the washer/dryer for plumbing, vents, exhaust system, etc. Eli has become my forever contractor!!! I have a few projects coming up and I only need to make one phone call for each.
