Hi Alex - we understand that not all pups have the same play style and, because of this, not every toy is going to be a perfect fit. For this reason, Bullymake strives to work hand in hand with our pet parents to find the right toy materials that stand up to your pup's unique play needs. Have a toy that wasn't a great fit and your pup got the best of? No problem - just reach out to our service team within 45 days of purchase via email or chat on our website to request a free toy replacement of a tougher toy material!
