I ordered a new suppressor cover from BPG, to replace the original suppressor cover I purchased from a different company. The original cover was okay and performed its job function but having two other BPG suppressor covers for other suppressors so I figured it would be smart to just complete the family of suppressors with a BPG Custom Heavy. The fine folks at Burn Proof Gear recommended the full length of the suppressor, but with a SilencerCo QD hub mount, that did not work for me as the QD hub mount would not be functional. I ordered a slightly shorter length to utilize the rear shoulder of my Otter Creek Labs Hydrogen L 7.62. The staff at BPG noticed this and contacted me to discuss and ensure I understood this would break the warranty. I was certain this was the length I wanted and accepted the warranty violation. Burn Proof Gear may be more expensive than other suppressor covers, but in my opinion, they are well worth the money spent!
