Bought 6 bottles in Dec. 2025, returned all 6 unopened bottles that Burn Slim received as per USPS on Jan. 13, 2026. Despite numerous promises from Ariel, Laura and several others, this September. 2, 2026 and still NO refund. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY!!!!

I purchased Burnslim (even though they lied in their advertisement) in January 2026. I agreed to a 75% refund with returning the bottles on February 19. I have called - and spoken to someone - 14 times. Each time the person says they will "expedite" the request. The product did not work and they refuse to refund the money. It's been 6 months...

I watched a very long video about the magic gelatin recipe only to be told to buy this Burn Slim product. It has a 60 day money back guarantee. After taking the product faithfully for over 30 days, I did not see any results so I sent an email asking how to get my refund. I got a response that said to take it longer as some people need more time to get results. So, at about 45 days, I emailed again with NO response. Two more emails and no response so I found a phone number to request the refund. I was told to send back the product, and they would send a refund 10-14 days after they receive it. Product sent and time passed so I called again. Told the same thing, give it 10-14 business days to see the refund. I waited again, nothing. So I kept calling, another 15 phone calls hearing the same story. Some reps said that they would escalate the request and I would get a phone call in 24-48 hours. No phone calls. Now 6 months later, I still do not have my refund. The last rep that I spoke to said that I had to send an email to a different email address. That was a week ago with no response! Save you money and your time and DO NOT BUY THIS WORTHLESS CRAP PRODUCT I am sure the Kelly Clarkson, Oprah Winfrey and Jillian Michaels did not really promote this Darn AI!!!!

I had the opposite results with these medications. I applied for the money-back guarantee during the first week of April, and I still haven't heard anything. Advertising a "money-back guarantee" is misleading if refund requests aren't being honored or responded to. Based on my experience, I wouldn't rely on that guarantee or the product.

Absolutely rubbish. And the company are thieves. There is no way you can communicate with a human and it’s impossible to get a refund even after returning the product. So if you are thinking about purchasing…… DONT

I ordered Burn Slim supplements (2 bottles) at the end of January, 2026. I decided not to continue taking them because I was concerned they would interfere with my hypothyroid meds; I filled out a refund form February 17, 2026; I chose to accept the 75% refund, without having to return the remaining pills. As of April 14th I still hadn't received a refund. I informed the company that I would wait until the end of April, and if I still hadn't received the refund I would contact the Fair Trade Commission. I did contact the FTC today, May 4, 2026, to tell them I NEVER received the refund.
