Really sturdy, nice looking collar with detailed artwork pattern.
My order was processed the day it was received. I sent a question in and it was answered within hours. The item shipped the next day. The collar arrived quickly and was nicely packaged, neatly folded up in a sealed, clear plastic bag with a card for instructions. Overall, excellent customer service. The artwork on the collar is well done, crisp image and finely detailed. The name and phone number are in clean, large block letters easy to read but doesn’t overwhelm the design. Hardware seems sturdy. Since I’ve just gotten it, don’t know but assume it will be fine after multiple washings. Fit is fine, my dog is right between the small and medium size, I went medium as I wanted the wider collar (he has a long neck), and I tend to like it a little on the loose side. Bonus of supporting an American small business with materials also made in the USA. Highly recommend.
