Hoses are defective and replacement service is awful. I wouldn't give this one star! Honestly, only because I've already paid for two of these defective showerheads and was expecting a replacement or refund am I even bothering. But the hassle and bad customer service really pushes you over the top. I purchased two Magneton Series AquaCare 8F model 7181 shower packages. These were about $37.87 including $2.89 tax each at Walmart. Seemed great at first. But it lasted about 3 months before the hose attached to the showerhead started leaking and spraying below the connection joint. Within a week most of the water was blasting out of the side of the hose. Not the screw in connection. The hose itself just busts under pressure. It says "Lifetime Warranty" on the side of the package. I went and bought another one and decided to maybe send one back. The 2nd shower pack did the same thing after a couple of months. I kept the box and have one receipt. So I got online and reported this and requested a refund or replacement. They began wasting time in an email thread. After I gave them the model number, mailing address and explained they went on about the instruction sheet which I didn't have. Email said it was attached and it wasn't. After I emailed back asking what to do next a person called me. I thought it was a joke. She sounded angry, short tempered, spoke rude and interrupted so I just shut up and said yes after she lectured me about keeping my instruction sheet. Then she said they would send me new hoses for both. Still waiting with no confirmation of shipping these hoses. Still showering in another bathroom.
