Money back! I was happy to get this much since Apple said I could have next to nothing. Took off one star because it was slow.

The whole process was so fast. I shipped my phone on Monday and i got paid on Thursday the same week. It was so smooth for me with the instruction it given. Definitely 10/10!

Update: owner reached out and worked with me to find a fair solution. He took pride in his company and helped find a middle ground. They will con you in the condition of your item. Find ways to lower your payout or make excuses. I have traded in phones in the same flawless condition and never had an issue till I worked with Buyback Surgeon. They will most likely respond with some incorrect or altered comment to justify. Photo they sent seemed off. I would not recommend.
