Call me direct please. I'd like to jump in and find out more detail. The supply chain on auto parts is certainly constrained right now, but there are often alternative choices and I can help with that. We want to earn your 5 star review rating. I'll need your order number when you ring. Happy to help, ring me when you can or leave a message! Founder, BuyBrakes.com John Butler 888-257-7149

Horrible, non-existent customer servicing. Website is setup like $hit and over 3 weeks after order was placed NO ONE responded to my numerous calls, voicemails, texts and emails. LESS THAN ONE STAR DESRVED. Awful. Avoid at all costs!!!!! The "good reviews" are clearly BS.

I would give zero stars if I could, I bought brake parts they were supposedly heavy duty, they warped in 3000 miles and could not get any help from BuyBrakes.com

Looks like your order was delivered back in December 2020. Only 3K miles? I also reviewed your order notes and didn't see that you had talked to anyone here. Do you rotors measure via dial indicator that they move the needle .002 inches? Or, is there pad material that has coagulated onto your rotors? Sounds like we need to go deep. I'm always happy to have a discussion about products that customers purchase that don't meet their expectations. You can call me anytime, always happy to have discussions to improve the experience. I drive an Audi RS7 (2018) and I spent a lot of time researching front brake parts after getting a crazy number from the Audi dealer. I checked a few online retailers and was confused. John and his staff answered all of my questions and recommended a complete parts listing so I can have the brakes installed at my local repair shop. Thanks again guys!

Ron- It's always a bonus when we can save our clients $ Hundreds of dollars on a pair of ultra-high quality rotors compared to their local Audi dealership. To top that off with the fact that these were two-piece rotors capable of both daily driving or track work... AND weighed 4 pounds less per rotor makes the product even better and your vehicle quicker because you've reduced unsprung weight and rotational mass! That's the best type of weight reduction possible!

I purchased Stoptech rotors at Buybrakes “specialist” prompting. I was planning on going with another brand. I even opted to get the cryo treated “warp proof” slotted rotor set up all the way around. Within a year the black ecoating on the rotors was rusted and the fins as well. The coating was supposed to last however many thousands of hours. I reached out to stoptech and buybrakes and they informed me that it was cosmetic and not an issue. 6 months later the steering wheel started to shimmy when braking from highway speeds. I reached out to stoptech and buybrakes again. Buybrakes said it was Stoptech’s responsibility. Stoptech says it’s buybrakes responsibility. Neither company stands behind the product. Now the truck shakes solidly whenever slowing down from speeds above 45. I have 4 junk rotors that I am not 100% convinced were actually cryo treated and am back to square 1. Stoptech doesn’t stand behind their products and neither does Buybrakes. They are very helpful when buying, but once the purchase is complete, they stop helping. Don’t buy Stoptech rotors. Huge waste of money. And maybe think about going with a company that has a bit more loyalty to their customer when purchasing.

Horrible customer service. They have had my money for 3 months with no brakes. They will not answer the phone or my emails. At this point they pretty much stole my money. I’ve never ever tried to buy anything online from a company this unresponsive. Stay away !

We can see you're frustrated waiting months for your drilled/slotted Toyota Echo rotors pads, but we did reach out to you with this message. "Morning Dean, The order you placed for the drilled and slotted Stoptech rotors and pads have been on an extended backorder and will continue to be until likely the first of Next Year. Please let us know if you would like to find another alternative or simply refund your order. We were unable to locate a slotted or drilled alternative available for your Echo. Any potential alternative around $100 would be a smooth faced premium rotor and pads, although even those supplies are limited. Please advise on how you would like us to proceed." - Chris ... Refunds are always available for those who can't endure the wait for their specific parts ordered or we can help find an alternative. You, can call me anytime, always happy to have discussions to improve the experience. Founder, BuyBrakes.com John Butler 888-257-7149
