BuyBrakes.comReviews of buybrakes.com

Third time working with the team at BuyBrakes. Do I need say more? Anyone not purchasing their brake parts and kits needs to be directed on over, the parts, price and quality of their team makes them top dog. I’ve completely wrapped three cars in Stoptech products, one has 14” fronts, one needed calipers all the way around with rotors and pads, and all went flawlessly. The price they gave me? Wow....and then they thanked me? No guys thank you. I’ll be back

Poor communication and updates. Ordered the product based on the website info showing the product was in stock. Never received any shipping updates or tracking details. After 2 calls to their helpdesk. 20 days after ordering they are telling it is being shipped. Will never consider coming back here...

Adam was an incredible force of service and understanding during this torturous time! Kept me well informed and worked diligently towards fulfilling my order, despite the fact that I had to change manufacturers due to shutdowns. Thanks Adam, you’ve earned a lifetime customer!

fast and easy

John butler was awesome and very helpful with my inquiry. So much so I ordered my parts while still on the phone with him. I will only buy brakes from BuyBrakes.com from now on. Oh and also gave me a discount code for an additional 10% off too.

The gentleman on the phone had my phone purchase done in record time. Also as he is a veteran, I could tell by the way he listebed carefully and spoke with precision about my order and part number. I'm definately coming back to this company for my 02 Accord LX restoration project car hardware.

Painless event

I Ordered front and rear pads for my vehicle. Both sets of brake pads were listed as in-stock and was confirmed by their customer service representative. After day five, with no shipping information and an email sent, I received a response. The response assured me my items were in stock, but there was a delay in the warehouse because of social distancing. ”Social distancing” should not prevent an in-stock product from shipping in a timely manner. That is why I give this company a two-star review. If you need to meet a deadline like my self, do not rely on this supplier. —Update— After waiting over ten days for the in-stock items to be shipped or even a label created for shipping, I canceled my order. They get one star instead of zero because they have the refund process under control, but that’s about it.
