Excellent customer service. Helped me get the best brakes and rotors for my car with my budget. Much cheaper then autozone or other websites, with a great product for the price. I looked around before buying, found these guys, even my friend had recommended them to me.I highly recommend buybrakes.

had some issue identifying the proper pad ID. Once that difficulty was resolved, service was excellent, as was the price.

Great selection, good prices and most amazing of all of that my rotors and pads were delivered so quickly I hadn't even opened the email with the tracking info. Definitely would buy from these guys again.

My vehicle came equipped with either of two types of calipers. BuyBrakes was kind enough to clarify by texting me the choices I needed to make in order to receive the correct pads. Most companies dont take the extra step to conduct this task. They earned my repeat business.

Buy Brakes seemed to good to be true because of their low prices. It is true and I'll only buy from them. They called me because my car was a half year and they wanted to make sure it was exact fit and it was. It had all of the adjustment screw holes drilled, shims, and squealers ready to go. Shipping was SUPER fast. Thank you!
