Well I ordered 2 Air Force do rags an got 2 Navy, thought I had it straightened out, but they only shipped 1. But they did send a return envelope for the 2 Navy do rags. Called an told them they only shipped 1 an they wouldn't get the Navy ones til I got another Air Force one. It finally came with an added bonus of another do rag for an apology, which was great. Being a Air Force vet I like the quality of y'alls do rags, but I hope I never have a FUBAR like that again!

I am dissatisfied with the company in general. Two reasons, 1st purchased two caps I wanted for the summer and for work and everthing started off rather well and then hit a big time snag. My product was ordered first of June. Arrived I am told by USPS into Chicago, Illionis June 8th/2021. That's it, it is now July. 22-2021 and I am told by customer service there is nothing they can do and that it is a Canadian Customs issue. I have not been contacted by anyone regarding saying I have to pay duty. Nobody can tell me where the package is. The worse part is I have asked the company how long should I wait til I ask for my money back or for them to send me a replacement whereby my receiving the item is guaranteed or if I should ask for my money back. 2ndly. I think it is terrible customer service to expect the person who purchased the product to do their job to track down the shipment or do give me a difinitve answer on what to do??? Therefore, my recommendations are not to purchase again unless they decide to do something about it.

durag was nice but said they had sweatband and they did not. Not what i wanted , was not pleased with order.
