Worse experience ever. Booked a cabin Pigeon Forge A Secret Romance, tub in the bedroom started leaking badly and there was water everywhere on the floor. Called customer care they said they upto 24 hours or they can send someone around 1am to have a look at it. Expected us to be there to fix their cabin. We had to vacate the cabin since the cabin was inhabitable. they kept our $600 no refunds nothing. Spoke to manager as well. The rep and the manager were rude. We did not say much about there was bad smell in the living room, Netflix was not working, big spider webs around the windows, two pieces of about 8 feet long cut trees were on the way near the entrance on the property. however water leak made it inhabitable. We suffered a loss of $600 , we could not even stay there for for more than an hour.
Poor service, dirty place to stay for a couple.

Treats Military Veterans poorly and their Service Animals, Money grab business
30yr blind eyed military Veteran)....
Beware of all of them.
They are a money grab business.
They do not care about the customers at all.
Total mess, Went to cabin and was sold a lie.
With the cabin costing a total with their fees around 350.00 a night (this place was ridiculous, more like a dump cabin,"Hole in the wall")
First Bird poop everywhere, on everything, rocking chairs and all with nest in the rafters for ages ! Then hot tub smelled of urine when jets turned out.
Smelled like someone peed in it alot.
Then if that wasn't bad enough
"Dead birds" and "dead baby" birds rotting on the deck from nests above that have been there forever.
Then, Theater room did not even work (had 1980s DVD player). None working.
The game room was completely a disaster ...
pool table busted to pieces on every pocket, literally and Atari game didn't do anything. It was broken, black screen.
If that wasn't enough for the days check in....
To use the WiFi at the home you had to opt in for their marketing (Spam),if not, you could not use WiFi at all.
After reporting and sending videos of issues immediately, via text messages ,next day was told to get out with my dogs. Reason they said that is they said they been watching us. That's a privacy violation, (they have the outside camera pointed in your living room, both floors).
What if they were looking in on a family with kids in the house.
Mind you, I'm a 30 yr military veteran blind in one eye , PTSD animals as well.
So for retaliation they said no dogs and pack me and wife's stuff and leave immediately. My wife also suffers major anxiety since we lost our daughter in death.
These are some sad, nasty individuals who do not treat Purple Heart Military with not an ounce of respect, whom served their country.
They violated our civil rights and ADA title 3 rights for Americans with disabilities, by making us leave because having my service dog with me.
Do not do business with this company, it's not worth the headache.
Clearly I'm not the only one they treated poorly.
Nasty cabins.
Terrible people.
It's truly a money grab.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Firstly, let me say I have used Cabins For You several times in Gatlinburg and had pleasant experiences. We were looking to book a vacation and we went to Cabins For You website and seen they were also offering rentals in Florida. We booked “On The Canal” in Perdido Key, Florida. We booked Monday to Friday and after all fees it came out to $2700 roughly. The house was gorgeous but we were most excited for the private pool. (When we book in Gatlinburg we also book a private pool.) We drove from Memphis, TN to Perdido Key, roughly 8 hours. When we arrived we went straight to the pool excited to see it. We were meet with a DIRTY ALGAE filled pool. I couldn’t understand how the cleaners who cleaned before we came didn’t see the pool was dirty and tried to get it serviced before we came. For us to ARRIVE to a dirty pool was unacceptable. Following protocol, I contacted a representative via message and someone contacted me back the next morning (Tuesday). The representative didn’t seem to care AT ALL! Basically blowing me off and telling me to CLEAN THE POOL MYSELF with the skimmer. I explained to her that wasn’t possible due to it being algae and when touched with skimmer the algae turned into a cloudy substance. She said they would send a pool technician WEDNESDAY. I explained that the pool not being usable has ruined our trip and we needed to be compensated for the amenities we paid for not being usable. They offered $160. $160 out of $2700 we spent? A joke! We could have easily stayed at a hotel in Perdido Key for $150 a night versus $500 a night we paid. We booked for the private pool! Needless to say, the pool technician did not come Wednesday. I contacted the representative to let them know. Now they stated someone would be out Thursday. The technician came Thursday at 2:30 pm. The pool was STILL unusable and dirty. I’m assuming it takes time for the chemicals to kill the algae. Not sure and at this point we didn’t care and were ready to leave. Cabins for You, I am HIGHLY disappointed for how you treated your customers and didn’t care about our experience. You didn't try to make it right. You ruined this trip for us. $160 refund for the $2700 we paid is a slap in the face. On the bright side, the house is beautiful. So if you don’t care about the pool not being useable I would say book the rental but if you are booking for the pool. I would advise you NOT to. UNACCEPTABLE!

Worst place to stay
Banisters were sticky going up the stairs, the pool windows have not been cleaned in a while, the ceiling vents are disgusting and rusty, the hot tub water is awful and has not been drained, I called with cable issues and was asked to find the router and relay back to them what lights are on because the inter net went out, all the lights dim and then brighten back up like a power surge, I asked for some washcloths because we only had 8 and was given a very hard time about this, when we arrived we were told check in is 4:00 pm we got to our cabin at 4:03 and the cleaners were still there and was then told to wait outside until they get done that check in was between 4:00-6:00 pm, the bed top covers stink and smell of mildew, the pool is not a heated pool, the TV in the big room upstairs sound system would not work, there is black table holding down the kitchen floor in two places, the dishwasher is about to fall over when you open the door it leans forward, the floors are sticky and disgusting, there is trash on the ground outside, a beer can laying out front, this property is not properly maintained at all , but on the bright side we did see a bear. I wish I could share pictures on here go show you how disgusting this place was.

I stayed at Bear End over the July 4th…
I stayed at Bear End over the July 4th weekend. It was horrible. Beautiful cabin until I woke up next morning and turned on the lamp beside my bed and roaches scattered everywhere. There was roaches in the kitchen trash bin. There was giant beetles crawling on the floor. I let then know and they said "some bugs are expected, keep doors closed ". There was spider webs everywhere on the porch. It's like Noone gave a crap about anything. Be careful when getting a cabin from them.

Terrible stay
Terrible stay. TVs didn't work. No effort to repair them. The house was poorly kept. Now fighting about being charged for damage we didn't cause.

Beautiful cabins, but horrible management
Beautiful cabins, but horrible and completely incompetent management.
When we first got here we noticed a periodic beeping noise that we could not pin point the location of. We assumed it was a smoke alarm with a low battery, it beeped loudly once every minute exactly. We reported this to maintenance and they came by to try to fix this and a few other issues (the garage door opener for the bar, they ultimately couldnt fix this either)
They told us this beeping has to do with the pool so they will have to call the vendor. That night the power went out around 3 am and the once a minute noise became once every second and it was louder. Turns out this noise was coming from a locked maintenance room, and the staff were unreachable on the emergency line, and practically unreachable on the non-emergency line. The entire floor lost sleep that day before our dollywood day trip. The power came back on around 7 am and the noise finally went back to once a minute.
The pool worker came by on Tuesday and dismantled an unrelated pool alarm device that was not causing the noise. It stayed dismantled and sitting on the non-functional air hockey table. Beeping was shut off that day and it was off for 3 hours. We were told it was fixed but this only lasted 3 hours.
Today, (our last full day) a maintenance worker finally described the problem, it is a water softening device that has a beep every 1 minute when it has an issue but can be snoozed for 3 hours. But we couldnt do that the whole time because its a locked room. They were kind enough to tell us the room code so we can silence the alarm before we sleep and when we play games in the arcade area. No one before this offered this courtesy. They were simply pool workers and operating the water softener is not their responsibility.
The worker whose issue it was there the second day and said it would not be fixed that day and couldnt even correctly identify the source, it had NOTHING to do with the pool.
It kept everyone on the bottom floor up and gave us poor sleep the entirety of our vacation and gave our migraine suffering cousin, unneeded and preventable migraine attacks from the noise and stress of the situation.
There was also a medium sized animal in the attic that they refused to look for to remove. It made a room upstairs un sleep able.
Unbelievable they haven't removed this speaker causing this unnecessary noise that blasts every second when the power goes out. This has to have been going on since they installed this water softener.
The management has no regard for guest comfort and given the cost to rent this cabin and amount of problems we have encountered, it is truly insane we have not been offered a partial refund.
Also the two free tickets for dollywood are a complete lie and cannot be redeemed.
Also there is "free wifi" but you must provide an email and phone number and YOU MUST AGREE TO GET MARKETING. All of this and you can barely maintain a connection to do anything meaningful. But there are two private wifi networks we were not given passwords for. Absolutely unacceptable wifi accommodations.
Luckily the one person who needed to work was lucky enough to have just enough cell service to use their mobile hotspot ( most of us dont have good enough service to use cell service, let alone a mobile hotspot)
We dont want your marketing as we intend to never book a cabinforyou and will be going out of our way to ensure our friends family and those reading reviews will never stay at one of these cabins.
specifically we stayed at
1114 Woodland Trek lane "Hibernation Wonderland"
Also none of the pools water features work and we lost water pressure and could not shower for about 36 hours of our trip.
We stayed at a large cabin off bear creek falls way 2 years ago and had no issues. STAY AWAY FROM cabins managed by cabins for you.
