WARNING! This company is a rip off! They charged me $17 to ship a pair of overalls. When I receive them they were huge and did not fit. When I asked to have them returned they said they would charge me 25% plus shipping. Which is more than the cost of the item. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

Ordered work boots, money came out of my account immediately, never received boots or communication. The paragraph below on the “Paid in Full” invoice is a lie. “Thank you for shopping with Cable Ties And More. We have received your order, and we are processing it now. You will receive an email when your order has been packed and shipped. A customer service agent will contact you if an item(s) is not in stock.” After 33 days, I called the number on the invoice for customer service, and was told to send an email. Sent an email, no reply, called again, and was told the boots weren’t in stock, and the refund would be processed. No apology. Edit after reply from company: I did not receive ANY communication other than the original paid invoice. Also, I did not say there was a problem with the refund after I called and emailed over a month later.

However, after checking our records our customer service team did email you to notify you of the backordered item, and suggested potential substitutes that were in stock. This email was sent to you on multiple occasions, which received no reply from you. Our policy for these circumstances is to make the assumption that the customer is willing to wait for the backordered item, unless instructed otherwise by the customer. Moreover, contrary to your review, our customer service team was quick to refund you, and apologized for the inconvenience the same day when you called with your request to cancellation of your order.
