I paid extra for expedited shipping and that was not expedited at all. Item came in a crushed box with no assembly instructions whatsoever. Doesn’t look like anything that was advertised.

Not nutz about the product. Does not work as well as hoped. Harder to use than a regular Y shaped peeler and I have julienne cutters that are much easier to use. Maybe I just don’t know how to use properly. No instructions so I don’t know. Ordering and shipping were fine.

Great services, but the quality of the screws is not like the video. They're not as strong, and they're overpriced for the quality. If I had known, I wouldn't have bought them. They will do the job but could be way better made for the price.
