Hi Olivia, Thanks for sharing this. I’m Milos from the support team. You’re still using our product and we’ve been working together for a while, and I want to be honest about something. The communication gaps were on my side. With omni channel support some things can fall through the cracks, and I didn’t follow up the way I was supposed to.
