Absolutely love the ring and the diamond is BEAUTIFUL. The only complaint I have is that sizing is off. I got a U.S 7.5 but it fits a little big compared to my Kay Jeweler’s ring also in a 7.5.

Website kinda sucks. Had trouble checking out online. Called the number and the rep helped send me an invoice for my order and I received it quickly. Can't beat their pricing. Overall happy customer.

The pricing and quality are great! I was gifted a new upgraded engagement ring by my husband for our 20 year anniversary. He purchased a 2.5 carat fancy pink stone set in a ring for me. It turned out amazing! So happy with it. The only thing they might improve is the customer being able to get updates on the progress of orders more easily. Would definitely recommend.

We hear you on the timing issue, our standard delivery window is 5–10 business days (about 10–14 calendar days) to allow time for import and a hands-on quality inspection before your piece ships out via UPS 2nd Day Air. The purchasing process was excellent. Received my stone in a very timely matter. Only issue was on the IGI Lab Diamond report it showed under “additional grading info” it says Type 11, faint blue. I was not expecting the faint blue. This will now have to be mounted with white gold claws as yellow gold claws will apparently show the “blue”. Stone is beautiful but not expecting the Type 11, faint blue.

We're sorry the fluorescence note on your IGI report (faint blue) came as a surprise, it's a standard field included on every certificate so you have full visibility into the stone's characteristics, but we agree it should be called out more clearly on our product pages, not just in the report. Faint-level fluorescence like yours is common and usually isn't noticeable face-up, but we completely understand wanting to plan your setting metal around it.
