Customer Care
Customer service in America, has dropped standards. You guys reminded me of how it was and how a company functions … when it functions and cares about its customers

Great service and products.
I had a hiccup with my first order when the size wasn't right, but they quickly exchanged it for the correct size without any hassle. Now, on my second order, I knew my size and got a new metal bracelet that I absolutely love! Great service and products.

I purchased two bracelets and they were much larger than appeared so I really don't like them that big. Maybe better photographs might have helped.

Hello, John. We got 4 to 5 different sizes on each bracelet, the photos represent only one size. Please, write to [email protected] and we'll handle a free exchange.
