Hi Chris, We contacted you earlier by email to inform you about the delay. Due to the tariff wars involving exotic leather, we were invoiced for nearly two months, which caused a temporary shipping hold. Now that this issue has been resolved, we have shipped all pending orders to customers who were waiting, and we also included bonus bracelets as a courtesy - including in your shipment. Sizing is off
Sizing is off. Doesn't fit. I emailed and haven't heard how to return. Heard back from the company and they are willing to make it right. Raising my rating but not all the way to 6 due to time it took to respond.
