Additionally, all confirmed hotels and services were delivered without any compromise.
Point 2 – Transportation & Compensation:
Any minor transportation delay was due to local circumstances during peak Umrah season, such as prayer times and road regulations. Our driver personally ensured your safety and handled your luggage. Beyond that, we went above and beyond by providing complimentary Madinah Ziarat, lunch for your family, and Arabic dates, all accepted by you at the time. These gestures demonstrate our dedication to making your journey smooth and spiritually fulfilling, yet they were ignored in your review.
Point 3 – Accuracy of Allegations:
The agent who assisted you remains an active and respected member of our team. Misrepresenting staff actions or employment status is false and misleading. Furthermore, your initial 5-star review clearly indicated satisfaction with our services, which directly contradicts the claims made weeks later.
Point 4 – Domestic Flight Change:
Your domestic flight from Washington was cancelled by the airline, which was entirely beyond our control. Our team promptly attempted to secure the next available flight from the same airport and requested a few minutes to confirm the options. However, the call was ended from your side, and you chose to proceed independently at the airline counter, incurring additional expenses to reach a different airport. Any implication that this situation resulted from our negligence is entirely incorrect.
