We apologize for the delay in responding to your original enquiry and understand how frustrating that must have been, especially while you were trying to determine the cause of the issue. After reviewing your case, it appears the call blocker was originally purchased in 2023 and the reported problem involved your mother's number being blocked. In many cases, this can be resolved by unblocking the number directly on the unit using the following dial-tone code, which is also included in the user guide: **6# (wait for beep) [enter number to unblock]# (wait for beep) As the device was outside its warranty period, we offered a discounted upgrade to a newer model. Unfortunately, there were difficulties processing shipment to Canada from our US warehouse. While shipping to Canada is possible, it can sometimes be costly and take considerably longer than domestic deliveries. We appreciate that this situation did not meet your expectations. If you would still like to discuss a replacement device, please contact our support team again and we will do our best to explore the available options.
