Instructions were very clear
Instructions were very clear, and I was able to send my first voice message within minutes of joining.

Trying to be understanding
In the past we have had good response from your company. However, yesterday, we had a problem with our account and I was on hold for 45 min before being cut off at second in line. I called back and was in 4th place for 30 min. FInally had to purchase more credits to send a message, although our account showed we had enough. Today I called back and spent 50 min on hold before being cut off again. I understand volume is high right now, but very disappointing when you can't get the answers you need.

We encourage you to leave a message or chat us and can assure you that we have called back every message and responded to every chat. We have had longer hold times than anticipated, however have made provisions to help you in the best way we can. We can assure you if an unnecessary purchase was made we will gladly refund you and set the account to a correct balance.
