calling post is a very good tool to get information out.

Very useful. One criticism is the change in how I pay, i.e, you have to buy a $25 packet instead of the earlier price list starting at $6.. Calling Post now controls what I want to pay.

Our organization is pleased with the services. There should be a better way to pay by check than USPS. A good option would be the ability to pay for calls by check online (ACH Draft) as well as debit/credit cards.
