Hi Paul, We’re sorry the process wasn’t clear and caused frustration. Your order includes both a video tutorial and a printable practice stencil to help you learn and use your new signature. We’ve also replied to you directly with instructions and a link to our step-by-step guide. If anything is still unclear, please reply to our email and we’ll be happy to personally walk you through it. We want to make sure you’re able to get the full value from your new signature. — The CalliSign Team

Hi Doug, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback — we take every review seriously and want to make sure this is addressed properly. We've searched our system thoroughly and unfortunately were unable to find any order under your name. Additionally, we don't display pictures of our calligraphers' personal signatures anywhere on our website, which leads us to believe you may have purchased from a different provider. We'd hate for the wrong company to receive this review! That said, if you did order from CalliSign (callisign.com), we absolutely want to make it right. Every one of our signatures is handwritten by our calligraphers and crafted individually for each customer. We also work with every client through revisions until they're completely happy with their signature — so we're surprised we weren't contacted before this review. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number or any details, and we'll personally look into your case right away. Sophia Customer Experience | CalliSign

Hi Steve, Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry your experience didn't meet expectations. You're right — slow communication and file errors are not the standard we aim for, and we take full responsibility for that. Since your order last June, we've made major improvements to our communication workflow and quality checks to ensure issues like this don't happen again. Our team has grown, our response times are faster, and we've added additional review steps before any files go out. If you'd ever like to give us another try, we'd love the opportunity to show you how much has changed. Reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll set you up with a special offer as our way of making things right. We hope to hear from you! Warm regards, The CalliSign Team

Hi Lena, We’re sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied and truly want to help make things right. Looking at our records, you confirmed your preferred signature option and later mentioned the final result “looks good.” We also sent your full file package (including training video and stencil) on May 28 — the same date mentioned in your review. We haven’t received any follow-up from you since then, so we’d really appreciate the chance to understand what’s not working on your end. If something is missing or didn’t come through properly, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll fix it immediately. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help! – The Callisign Team

Hi Pam, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and want to clarify any misunderstandings. At CalliSign, we never process an order unless payment details are entered and confirmed by the customer, just like with any other online purchase. Our checkout process includes one-time offers (upsells), which are entirely optional and a common practice among businesses to provide additional value while helping small businesses like ours stay afloat. However, these offers do not affect the original purchase unless actively selected. We received your order and sent your signature variations the same day. If you didn’t receive them, they may have landed in your spam or promotions folder. Please check your inbox, and if you still haven’t found them, we’d be happy to resend them immediately. Best regards, The CalliSign Team
