I wasn't quite ready to sign up, but I did. And as a result I had a rather large blip, with the company, and my expectations were that they would leave me hanging. Not so!!!! With the help of James, they researched my issue and took care of the problem. If it had been another company, I believe I would have been out many hundreds of dollars.
