A major boost in productivity
When I took the position of managing a phone room for a Pest Elimination company, I did not realize what primitive methods we were limited to and the handcuffs we had been issued when it came to productivity. I reached out to Will Glez with CallTools, and Will straightened me out with the best and most user friendly dialer program that I have ever used. I used to be an Operations Manager for a call center of over 700 employees. This is leaps and bounds above those software programs. Will has been an amazing representative and has helped me with any and all of my concerns. Thank you, to the entire CallTools team, for helping to boost my productivity and create the growth for my company!
