Wow! Where do i begin? Shawnie my amazing account manager or call tools the service... let's start with what i feel is the most valuable to me and my group. Shawnie the gal the helped me was awesome... Extremely proactive to all my needs, always striving to help me succeed and i was always able to depend on her to help me complete the task at hand. Now for call tools... Superior product & would recommend to anyone look for this type of service & remember, we are never alone... Like i previously said, the customer support at this company is amazing. I hope this review helps you all, along the way. Johnny
