After using for 4 days, (1 a day) I had the worse diarrhea ever. I was up 10 times in one night. The first 4 ingredients causes diarrhea . I stopped using for 2 days, and still having diarrhea. Hopefully, it will clear up soon.

I do not want to drink alcohol but missed the buzz when in the hot tub. I had seen the advertisements for U Relax and thought there is no way I will feel this at all. It’s a little pricey. I mix it with a teaspoon or two of instant Kava. I like it. Both U Relax and U focus. I take it 2 hours before and after eating. It’s nothing like regular kava. A lot more mellow. I do enjoy it.

At the end of a day of work, I am drawn to alcohol. It was becoming too much too often. The calming tonic took my mind off of it, and allowed me to live healthier.
