Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, we would like to clarify a few important points for the sake of transparency and fairness.
The agreed campaign focused on book promotion and review outreach. The work was carried out through community-based outreach, with the intention of respecting applicable platform guidelines. As this type of engagement takes time, fulfillment was not always immediate. To compensate for the delay and as a gesture of goodwill, we also worked on additional 60+ Goodreads reviews beyond the original commitment.
As a service provider, we believe in doing things the right way rather than taking shortcuts that could put an author's book or publishing account at risk. We do not believe in misleading practices or methods that could jeopardize an author's KDP account. We would rather be transparent about what a campaign can achieve than make guarantees that no ethical service provider can confidently uphold.
It is also important to distinguish between delivering promotional services and guaranteeing commercial results. Our commitment was to carry out the agreed promotional work, not to guarantee that readers would purchase the book, leave reviews, or maintain a particular rating. Those outcomes depend on individual readers and the relevant platforms.
Regarding the reported drop in your book's rating, we understand your concern. However, the timing of that change alone does not establish that it was caused by our campaign. We cannot reasonably accept responsibility for a change without evidence connecting it to our work.
We take client feedback seriously and are willing to view this review as an opportunity to evaluate and improve our communication. At the same time, a fair assessment should acknowledge the work delivered, the additional Goodreads support provided as a goodwill gesture, and the distinction between promotional efforts and outcomes outside our control.
We remain committed to transparent service, responsible promotion, and protecting the long-term interests of the authors who trust us with their work.
