Easy to order. 1 item took about a week longer to receive than quoted but they rushed it out when it was ready.

I have yet to receive the items I ordered. I would say it took much longer than I anticipated. I ordered on Nov. 30 and just received notice today that it had shipped. I did have to make a call to the company to find out what was taking so long for it to ship. The gentleman who took my call was very polite and explained that more PJ pants had to be shipped from the supplier. I would have appreciated some sort of update from them when they knew the process was taking a little longer than usual. Looking forward to receiving my items and seeing how they turned out!
