The service representative was very helpful and walked me through the process to accomplish what I needed. He was patient and remains very polite when I needed him to explain it to me a second time. I would highly recommend gun vault.

I have been trying to get a key for my stack on safe since the middle of Jan. 2026. The electronic key pad has stopped working. I have messaged multiple times and called several times. I sent the paperwork as needed to get a key, but have yet to receive a link to pay. I called last Wednesday and was told that I should receive the payment link Thursday or Friday of last week!? I have yet to receive anything!! I haven’t been able to get into my safe for almost a month. I really need the key. Still waiting.
