Colosio Kologo was helpful with guiding me through battery replacement vs needing a new keypad. Patient and knowledgeable.

I bought the 48 gun cannon safe got it home and started putting guns in it. I started putting one of the shelves for my shorter guns just to find out the shelves barely reached the pegs and would fall off very easily. Talked to support, sent pictures and documents they needed. Took a couple months and got the new shelves and they were the exact same size as the ones that doesn't fit right. Emailed them again and still haven't heard back from them. I will never buy cannon products again. Quality is crap and so is the rest of the company

The Cannon Safe customer service was spot on with the diagnosis of the problem and solution. I searched plenty of 'safe won't open' sites, but talking to a real customer service rep was the solution. I just had to be patient when replacing the battery for the alarm to cease and try the combo. Thanks much!
