The response was a little slow at the beginning, but the deal is certain. When the remittance amount is less than USD1000, Palpal payment is the fastest.

Customer rep was prompt, courteous and communicated well and fairly. The item listed and pictured was not the item received. This led to confusion and finally a refund. The business should take care to list only the EXACT items being sold rather than a similar, but not identical, substitute.

This Seller worked with me and my Equipment Engineer to fulfill a requirement we had for a unique product. I would like to see the price come down a bit more as they are not used by any other company.
