Dear Carda Health, In January 2025 I was diagnosed with COPD and hypothyroidism. I had lost 40 lbs. and was suffering chronic fatigue with no stamina for even easy tasks. My wife and I live in a small town north of San Francisco on a ranchette of 5 acres. There is always something to do, whether pushing a lawn mower, splitting wood or prepping and tending to a large vegetable garden which we use for ourselves, giving to our friends and donating to our local food bank. Not being able to do anything filled me with great despair. It was through my Pulmonologist that I learned of Carda Health. So, I thought I should give it a try. Being in a small town we don’t have any gyms or fancy exercise studios and with Carda Health I don’t have to drive anywhere. When the kit arrived, I was surprised with what it contained --Blood Pressure, Ring, and Heart Rate monitors, made me feel I was in good hands. Not being Tech savvy but with the help of my wife I learned to use the iPad. I’m often referred to as a ‘Luddite I began the sessions a bit skeptical, but suddenly realized this is the real deal with my heart pumping and the huffing and puffing. Meeting my physiologist, Ryan Tully, was a pleasant surprise. He is one of those people whose personality makes one feel good to be around. He was able to explain everything to me and always gave me encouragement. One of the reasons for doing the sessions was to say hi to him. Carda Health is lucky to have a person like him in your organization. I’ve come a long way, but still have a way to go. I am now doing Self-Guided Sessions. I meet with Morgan every 2 weeks and I am looking forward to her guidance. Warm regards, Tom Foster

Received a start up kit back in April. Haven't hear a word from no one. Horrible customer service. Left 3 messages and 2 emails - nothing. STAY AWAY. Already shipped my starter kit in. Never again. No communication whatsoever.

I just finished session 30. Supervised by Dillon. He worked with me every step of the way. Was always there when needed. Many helpful hints and a lot of encouragement. At 72 it would be easy to just ignore exercise. With the staff at Carda Health made it a lot less painful😇. If you get to pick your trainer ask for Dillon. He makes working out enjoyable.

Well they did send out the equipment fairley timely but I think I did not here from them for about a month. I was told it was because I needed a physician referral which was not what was presented to me when I signed up. I was told just take this quiz and thats it. That was I believe in February. Since I did not hear from them I stopped taking my blood pressure reading and the oxygen ring. I misplaced my oxygen ring and had to pay 78 dollars for a new one. Well tomorrow I have my first meeting with the exercise physiolgist 3 months after I signed up. Between yesterday and today I got 6 calls to confirm. Again and again I told them I already confirmed thru message and text. I have the tablet where you can click on next session which shows nothing for past or next. That leaves me puzzled as to why it would not let me just confirm there instead of so many phone calls.

Was a small issue in the beginning. I could not get the heart monitor to work . After 2 weeks they sent a polar heart monitor. Work like a charm after that. I hadXiamara teaching me . She was through every fine . Asked about my meds , if I had any issues . She listened to what I had to say . Thank you Zee great lob

Tyler Lewis was great to work with. He made me feel good about my progress, which made me work harder. I would recommend this program to anyone with COPD or Heart problems.
