I first used Cardfellow several years ago. I was astounded at their level of service and how much they were able to not only save me, but also simplify and demystify what I consider a very deceptive industry. Unfortunately I needed to use them again when my original processor was bought out and the new provider slowly slid into questionable behavior. Ben was more than helpful and this second experience only confirms how felt about my first . I can't recommend them enough. Anyone who accepts credit cards needs to use Cardfellow.

Last summer we chose a new card processor using quotes from Cardfellow. Our rate with our former processor just kept going up & up. It was at 5% the last couple of years. When we received a quote of about half that from Cardfellow, I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try. We just did our 1st statement review and the rates had not increased. When I calculated our effective rate for the first 6 months, it was exactly what I was quoted. I just wish I has used Cardfellow sooner. I will definitely be staying with them. The free statement review is easy. Cardfellow sent a reminder email, I submitted my statement, and got a quick reply. This is the 1st company or product I have ever written a review for, but just want to share with everyone that Cardfellow actually does what they promise.

Got clear and straightforward information on how CC Processing really works and actually see what the costs/fees are. CardFellow provided a bunch of competitive rates from various Merchant Processors and the ability to communicate with each through the platform is just fantastic! We just finished about 2 years with a processor we found through Cardfellow and the Audit provided confirmed the fees originally quoted and alerted us to a new charge that we were able to immediately opt out of. I highly recommend CardFellow.com !!

The owner of this site has been great for our business. First he helped me find a company with an extremely low markup on the credit card fees. About a year later our credit card volume increased and they wanted to raise the monthly fee. CardFellow talked to the processor and got them to keep the low fee despite our higher volume. Great Job!

CardFellow helped narrow down the huge field of credit card processors and made it much more simple to make an informed decision.
