Working with Stuart Saum was a fantastic experience! He we asked questions, listened carefully to learn exactly what we wanted & was very thorough explaining his role in the purchase process. A week after our first phone call we had our desired vehicle for a great price delivered to our front door! Stuart’s depth of knowledge, communication skills, and professionalism made this a great hassle- free car buying experience! I have used CarEdge to purchase two new vehicles for my wife and I within the past two months. Each purchase was easy and the AI software which went back and forth with the dealer allowed me to see the OTD price, before arriving at the dealership. On a scale of one to 10 the entire CarEdge Concierge Service experience was a 10+! I simply cannot say enough good things about it! i'm a middle aged single woman with a number of poor car dealership experiences in the past. After speaking with my assigned concierge to provide information about what I was looking for in a new car... the results of his search found the exact car I wanted and at a very fair price! He took care of ALL the details. Everything! I literally just needed to show up with the money! The Concierge Service is an elite service of excellence and example of outstanding customer service but, at a reasonable affordable price available to anyone. I feel so very fortunate. Stuart was great! He found the car very close to my desired configuration and negotiated $3,600 below MSRP on a new 2026 Porsche Cayenne I didn't think this was possible at a Porsche dealer. Stuart kept in touch with updates and made the process very smooth taking the pressure off shopping and negotiations. Stuart and CarEdge are excellent and would recommend them to anyone shopping for a car.

The process was great and we got an amazing deal. It was awesome to see Zee work, and remind us that “we” are in control. The concierge service was worth every penny, and we got a the vehicle we wanted. I’ve been telling many of my coworkers about this service.

It was nice having an advocate on my side, and someone that I could ask questions without the pressure of the sale. Stuart was available, responded quickly, and guided me through not only the negotiation stage, but was there for when the second phase of the loan kicked in with high pressure sales of various add ons. He answered my questions about the loan, the value of the options on offer, and gave me the piece of mind to push back where needed. Debbie was great help in onboarding me to the process, and her general advise and candor was great. I did find the swap from her to Stuart a bit jarring. There was a window of time with no contact with either. I would have preferred the one point of contact through the process instead of two or a clear hand off point.
