Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your initial experience didn’t meet your expectations. At Career Amend, we take all student feedback seriously, and we continuously work to enhance our Data Analysis program for better clarity, engagement, and learning outcomes. To address a few of your concerns: Bank Account Requirement: Our financial verification is part of a standard process under our Pay After Placement (PAP) and FutureFunds programs. However, students who prefer not to share banking details are fully allowed to continue with our training-only option, as you did. Class Delays: We sincerely apologize for the delay during your first session. The first week of classes is usually reserved for technical setup (Anaconda, Google Colab, and environment configuration), ensuring every learner can follow the upcoming modules smoothly. Instruction and Clarity: We’ve already shared your comments with the academic coordination team. Additional tutorials, walkthroughs, and live mentoring support are now being reinforced to make sure every student, regardless of background, feels confident with tools like Jupyter Notebook. Syllabus Access: The complete syllabus and learning roadmap are available inside the student portal under “Program Resources.” If you have not received access yet, please reach out to [email protected] and our team will assist you immediately. We truly value your input—it helps us improve. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and ensure your learning goals are met. Please contact us so we can arrange a one-on-one review session and get your program experience back on track. Warm regards, Career Amend Academic Support Team [email protected]
