The. Carewell associate was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

Their customer service is 10/10. It is hard to have a special needs child, not only the day to day but the meetings and emails and phone calls and appointments and IEPs and everything else that goes with it. My daughter is still in pull ups, and trust you me, if I could potty train; I would. It’s just not in the cards for her right now. So finding anything in her size is a struggle, and she has sensitive skin so she breaks out easy. Once we found a brand that works, we tried to get our insurance to cover it. Carewell worked so hard for us, but our insurance said because I didn’t have the right pediatricians diagnosis, they wouldn’t cover the pull ups. Gee thanks. We are working on other things to try and get them covered. But we needed pull ups. Insurance or not. Then we were gifted 1,000 boxes by a friend so for about a year, we didn’t need them. As soon as we needed more I contacted Carewell. Set up was easy. Delivery was fast. And the communication is amazing. Well we needed to change the date of shipment, it was a simple 5 minute phone call that left me smiling. Just the kindness and compassion their reps have is just amazing. We haven’t even been using them that long for shipments, but I have now called twice to change things around, and I am met with care and support and patience. As a stay at home mom, sometimes customer service people are the only adults I talk to for a week. So I ramble sometimes. Each time they are kind and engage back with me. I just called today because we are going to run out before our shipment date. (Sharing is not caring with germs) and so we worked out a solution that makes me happy and gets me pull ups, immediately. She was so kind and understanding. I am petrified to run out of things for my daughter. I like to have tons of extra, just in case. And we have a big trip coming so I may even call to order an extra box next month too. Just in case. But I know that phone call will be just as wonderful as the rest. Sometimes it’s just nice to be heard. And this company hears their customers. You can’t ask for better.

I responded to a text notification that my subscription order was ready to ship. I tried to delay it but it was shipped anyway. Shortly thereafter I got an email asking about that shipment. I mentioned what had happened and almost immediately I was contacted via email with an apology and a very unexpected refund! I was floored by this awesome customer service.

Carewell has been a blessing to me having to deal with so many different things with health issues by ordering things through the mail. Carewell has been great instead of a burden. they are so courteous and it’s easy to talk to and make changes and they follow up wonderfully. Always On time. Thank you

Because they're always so kind courteous and helpful, I've never had the wonderful experiences with customers service as I have with carewell, after every call I've had with them, I always hang up feeling joyful with a smile on my face saying they are so wonderful 😊
