Really good experience with Jose, the tech that came out to inspect my treadmill. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and provided good advice about what to expect with repairs.

This is a SERIOUS place for fitness equipment. Everything is professional grade as in gym quality...DO NOT come here if your looking for a cheap stair stepper, BUT if you want high quality stuff, come here and ask for Marilyn.
