I was very pleased with the reconditioned Cybex recumbent bike I purchased online from Carolina Fitness. It took a few weeks for the item to be shipped while they cleaned it up and replaced a couple of parts. But the bike arrived in good shape and is identical to the one I ride at Snap Fitness. It was also very reasonably priced and I received excellent email/phone communication from the sales and shipping departments, even photos of the bike prior to and during the packing process. My only complaint is that Estes Freight would only leave it in our garage and we were not offered any other delivery options. We had to figure out how to heave-ho the blasted thing into the house and up the stairs, and it weighed a couple hundred pounds. (Thank God it wasn't a treadmill.) Also, the bike was packed well but came on not one but two huge wooden pallets that were extremely difficult to dispose of...Something to keep in mind if you're ordering any equipment.
