Hi Michael, Thank you for submitting your review. I recently joined the team at CFE, and too over our customer service division. We are terribly sorry to hear about your experience with our company, but would appreciate an opportunity to do what we can to correct the situation. Please email me at [email protected] so we can discuss this issue and work to resolve it.

Great buying experience!
I worked with Lucas to purchase a Nautilus 2ST Low Back Machine. He was extremely helpful and I got an excellent deal on my machine. It came wrapped and protected better than any other machine I have had shipped from other sources and I was very well pleased with the entire buying process. I would highly recommend Carolina Fitness.
