I love my new floors! Carpetbaggers was professional and easy to work with from start to finish. This was my first time changing anything in my condo and Katie made it a smooth process. I'm so happy with my new wood floors and tiled bathroom floor!

Job has not been installed yet. Survey premature
Reply from Carpet Baggers Carpet One Floor & HomeMay 20, 2017
I hope you are having a great weekend. Thank you for your review. I realized soon after sending it that I had actually sent it premature to the installation date. Unfortunately, it was sent to you according to the delivery date of the binding and not the actual install date of the runner. Your runner is scheduled to be installed next week. Thank you again,
Theresa
They did a good job for me. They went above and beyond to repair my floor that was uneven because my house isn't level.
