The sales person was very helpful and we were able to quickly find a carpet that met our needs and was available in the time frame we needed it in. The installation was done to meet our schedule which was very helpful since we had multiple projects going on. The installers were excellent. They were very conscientious -- in removing the old carpet, installing the new with no seams showing and in cleaning up after.

I had to get a carpet on short notice for a room that had flooded. I brought in an old sample to match, and though there was no exact match to the 12-year-old sample (no surprise), the whole team in the store worked to help me come up with something that matched well and was in my budget. It is so much better than my original idea! They came out to measure my room on the day I walked into the showroom and they had it delivered and installed on the day I needed it. I would have no hesitation to work with them again. Great service!
