An excellent experience from the time we walked in the door to look at carpet samples to the moment the installers left our home.

Everything went well except I was told the installer would arrive first thing in the morning and they were sent someplace else first. They did not arrive until about 4pm but did a great job once here.

Tom ~ Thank you for sending us this feedback. I will certainly talk to our installation department about this issue, as this is not how we want to do business. I am however, pleased that the installer did a good job placing the carpet in your closet. Thank you again for bringing the lateness to our attention. The management of Carpet One By Henry

The installation technician was very knowledgeable, however a section of molding was left uninstalled.. it should have been installed around the fireplace and glued with liquid nails or some other product.

BRANNON, G.
Poor communication, poor communication between sales and installation teams, multiple trips to site to measure, inaccurate estimate - update: a member of the sales team came out three (3) times, not two (2) times, to measure - also, the installation team was scheduled to come out first thing one morning for the installation but I was informed by Kevin mid-day that he was not able to contact the team ("I have not heard from them...") so the installation was moved to another day where the installation team complained that the sales team didn't know what they were doing when they measured to order materials - apparently, in your research you were only able to locate the information that was in your favor...

Garren ~ Thank you for working with us to resolve the water damage you experienced. Providing a great customer experience is very important to us, and we are sorry that your recent experience did not meet that standard. In researching your review, I see where we came out 2 years ago and put down the original laminate floor in your home, which I am assuming you were pleased with. Recently, we were called in by an insurance adjuster to replace the floor due to the water damage you incurred. Our Account Executive came out to your home for the initial estimate and was unable to measure because the plumber had not yet been out to fix the actual leak. I am sorry if that visit inconvenienced you in any way, however the second visit we made was necessary to get accurate flooring measurements. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our installer had to take up more of the existing floor than we had previously noted. As I understand it, you and the insurance adjuster were informed of the minimal additional charge that would be incurred prior to us doing the work to be certain your insurance would cover the costs, which they did. Again, we appreciate the chance to work with you to resolve the situation, and remain available if you have any further questions or concerns. Our customer reviews are very important to us, and we hope that you will be willing to revise your review based on your further experiences. The management of Carpet One By Henry
