Friendly
Friendly, enthusiastic, on time, and efficient. A marked difference from some competitors who seem not to care whether or not they have business. Competitive price, also. Charlotte is a gem!

Prices were very reasonable and staff very knowledgeable in the products they carried. The installation crew were very nice and efficient. I felt there was a very personal caring with everyone from Carpet one. That is what is lacking from the big box stores.

We enjoyed the customer service and knowledge from the sales woman Lori. She was very helpful. The two men who came out to do the actual install were very nice and willing to accommodate requests we had. The flooring looks and feels wonderful. It was an overall great experience and we would recommend Carpet One to anyone. We have other rooms to do in our home and will use Carpet One again.
