Great products, poor service experience, agreeable resolution
Content with the flooring, but not worth the headaches. Wish we had gone somewhere else. Addendum: You were given several opportunities to "make the process smother" but, unfortunately, you neglected to do so. Reply: Todd Bierl called me to discuss my experience and did what he could to make things right.

The only reason I'm giving this a 2 is …
The only reason I'm giving this a 2 is because the installers diagnosed a flooring problem and were friendly while on site. The jobs played out as: ordered flooring, 1st install date they determine there is issue with the product. Second install date another problem with second batch of product. Then found out the product wouldn't be available any longer. When I went in to pick out something else, the manager tried to suggest I would need to cover the cost difference between the 2 or consider having the bad flooring put in and use the warranty later. I told them I wasn't paying for the difference and they did not end up charging me. 3rd time out they ran short on product. So then 4th time out it was finally finished. 7 weeks of not having my house in order.

Thank you, Stacy, we appreciate your feedback! We usually pride ourselves on speedy service but in this particular case, we ran into an unusual combination of problems. Manufacturer product flaws and sudden changes in product availability happen occasionally. We do our best to avoid those speed bumps, but this time we hit a rough patch. The situation when we ran short was due to some boxes being damaged in shipping. We shared your frustrations (and ours!) with our suppliers, and they helped us get that second, more expensive product discounted so we could match the price of your original choice. We appreciate your flexibility and patience and we certainly apologize for the unexpected delays on your job.

100% satisfaction delivered by Carpet One!!
From beginning to end, the process was so professional. Staff was knowledgeable about products and answered all me questions. Installers were so good and efficient. I couldn't be any more happy and satisfed with the final outcome.
