I was charged an additional €900 premium with Weego Alicante. Easy jet did very little to get my deposit back. How they get away with this is criminal. Please avoid It’s been 6 months now and they are not responding to any calls or emails

Tramite il sito Easy jet ho prenotato 15 passaggi aerei andata e ritorno Milano- palma di Maiorca. Ho prenotato altresì 3 auto con le seguenti prenotazioni ES905222930 ES905213770 ES905211410 Ho pagato il noleggio e assicurazione di copertura della franchigia. All'arrivo a Palma al momento del ritiro ci è stato richiesto una carta di credito con una copertura di 4500 euro Avevamo 4 carte di credito con copertura di 2500 euro, Ho una carta American Express senza limite , Non accettano American Conclusione abbiamo dovuto pagare Upgrade € 37.19 Tassa Noleggio Premium (Tassa Obbligatoria) € 21.96 Copertura Super Relax € 72.20 Restituzione Veloce € 12.36 Copertura Mega Relax € 7.44 per un totale di € 183 che per 3 auto = € 540 + 80 X 3 della prenotazione online = 780 Non ho parole , è quarant'anni che noleggio auto. mai ho subito una truffa di queste proporzioni, Mi sono fidato del nome Easyjet , mai mai piu Guido

Do not book car hire through Easyjet. It is an absolute shambles. We booked through them expecting great service. How wrong were we. Booked to collect car at 00.05am when we arrived the car hire company had all gone home stating they close at 11pm. So why was the booking accepted for 00.05am. We called them the following morning and they told us it was cancelled and we needed to pay another £84.00. It is a scam. We have been trying to get the extra money back but they just come up with excuses.

I booked a Fiat Panda for 3 dats and took the full Premium insurance. On arrival I collected the vehicle in person and found numerous minor bodywork damage. I took numerous photographs but missed the front number plate which had a slight dent and twist in it. On my return it was deemed new damage and I was charged €390 for a new number plate and €50 admin fee. I now have to claim this back somehow through AXA knowing this damage was pre-existing. This is a total total rip off as the vehicle had numerous scratches and missing trim that it is totally unacceptable to then charge 440 Euros; it’s a scam.

Véhicule loué via la plateforme EASY JET CAR à l'agence de location DELPASO à MALAGA en Espagne. Location payée d'avance sur le site. Sur place à l'agence, l'hôtesse me demande, en tant que conducteur unique, ma carte bleue afin d'y effectuer une réserve de 1.500 de caution. Là l'hôtesse m'indique que ma CB n'est pas une carte de crédit car il est indiqué crédit. Qu'à cela ne tienne, un ami voyageant avec nous à la bonne carte indiqué crédit. Refus de l'hôtesse prétextant que ce n'est pas le nom indiqué sur le contrat. Du coup, afin de pouvoir prendre en compte le véhicule, une facture de 138,00 euros (bien plus chère que la location elle-même) nous est infligée sans preuve de ce surcoût. Etant pris au piège, nous payons ces 138,00 euros pour pouvoir avoir les clés. A notre retour, réclamations faites auprès d'easy jet car, aucun remboursement de leur part. A fuire véritablement, une arnaque en bande organisée

When booking my flights to Lyon I used the EasyJet facility to book a car for one week through Hertz. I paid EasyJet the £ equivalent of €221.40. At the Hertz checkin desk at Lyons airport I filled in the address of where I was going to and was told I had to have snow tyres even though my friend who was already there said i did not need them. It cost me an ADDITIONAL €315 even though it was the same car model. That was 150% more than the cost of the rental car!! At no time did EasyJet warn me about this.

Rental company -Select Car Rental Greece - are fraudsters adding made up damage to the vehicle that was returned in undamaged condition . Then charging my credit card for £400 but couldn’t detail what damage was!

Absolutely disgusting company - will not take responsibility for the companies they administer - advertise and sell as easy jet car hire - actually renting cars from companies with ZERO customer focus Advertise cheap rentals push up the prices at the rental agency and this time an all new high. Charging me for arriving at the car rental office late due to an easy jet flight !! Trying to DOUBLE my charges , I walked away and they refuse to make refunds. NEVER AGAIN and I would rather walk !!!
