This is not a reply. This is a notice.
Following your two reviews — from one profile, in violation of Trustpilot's own rules — we have reviewed the evidence and reached conclusions. Here they are, in order.
1. You have never purchased anything from our store.
Not once. Not ever. Yet you have now written two reviews about us, with three updates, describing in forensic detail a transaction that did not occur. This makes your "reviews" not reviews at all — but a personal campaign. And campaigns can be removed.
2. You willfully violate this platform.
Trustpilot permits one review per customer per business. You have posted two, from a single profile, about a single — and nonexistent — purchase. That is not an opinion. That is a rule you have broken. Great job.
3. You are, on the evidence, unhinged.
Our employee is terrified of you. So are we. Let the record show: a man who claims a purchase he never made, then threatens to punch someone in the face, then announces an arrest with no date, is not a customer. He is a condition.
4. You are clearly delusional and obsessed.
Two reviews. Repeated calls. Jonathan, by name. You have supplied his address and phone number as though we might not know them. You have compiled a dossier on a business you have no relationship with. We respectfully submit: this is obsession.
5. Nice try on the blocking.
You attempted to block your calls. It didn't work. We have an app that pulls your calls straight through regardless — so we have your number, we have the timestamps, and we have you. We got you, babe.
6. We believe you are extremely dangerous — possibly a terrorist.
We are not sure yet, but every home decor store in the region may be a target. We have therefore taken your information to the FBI and met with them on Friday. We are happy to provide the Special Agent at the Frisco, Texas FBI Field Office if you'd like — before they come knocking at 6:00 a.m. one morning soon.
7. The protective order.
We are procuring one. You have been identified. Consider this your notice.
OUR REQUEST TO TRUSTPILOT.
We respectfully but firmly submit that Trustpilot is obliged to act, on the following named grounds:
Violation A — Multiple reviews for a single business from one profile.
Trustpilot's platform rules permit one review per customer, per business. Andrew has posted two from a single profile about a single — and, we reiterate, nonexistent — purchase.
Violation B — Reviews from a non-customer with no verified buying experience.
Trustpilot's guidelines require reviews to reflect a genuine experience with the business. Andrew has never bought from us. He has no order, no receipt, no relationship — and yet two reviews.
Violation C — Duplicate reviews on identical subject matter.
Both reviews concern the same disputed "purchase." Rather than editing the first, he posted a second. This is duplication, and it is against the platform's terms.
Violation D — Threatening physical violence against a named employee.
In his own words: "If I ever saw him in person, I would punch him in the face." This is not a critique. This is a threat. The employee in question is Jonathan, and he has been in person the entire time.
Violation E — Publishing the employee's personal contact information without authorization.
Andrew has taken it upon himself to publish, in a public forum, Jonathan's name, personal phone number (817.896.8904), and full street address (1617 Park Place Avenue, Suite 110, Fort Worth, Texas 76110).
A private individual's details, broadcast to the internet, attached to a review of a business he has never transacted with.
We therefore demand that Trustpilot:
Delete all reviews posted by this user against our business; and
Terminate the user's profile for repeated and willful violation of platform rules — namely Violations A, B, C, D, and E above.
Failing which, the record should forever show who was right.
