Mona and everyone at Casainc have been fabulous with helping us with our sink/countertop replacement for our vanity! We cannot thank you all enough! Highly recommend, great customer service. We were updated often and the process was very smooth. - Ashlee and Shawn

Ordered one of those higher end shower systems with the rain spout that goes in the ceiling along with a hand held that hangs on the wall for our custom tile shower room. Packaging was excellent and the quality of product was second to none. I did notice the end cap on the hand held was somehow damaged but thought we could still make it work. After installation we found out it leaked pretty bad and sprayed water out the end cap instead out the holes where it was supposed to spray. I called them and customer service was awesome. They got right to work and got me the part i needed. They also kept in touch with me and kept me updated on the process. Great folks to work with and great products. I highly recommend them.

My plumber found a defective cartridge in my 6 month old Casainc shower valve. In less than a one-week time frame, Mona in customer service worked with their warehouse team to ID, locate & ship the new part. I appreciated that! As cold weather season is coming up, I needed my shower water temp a little warmer than what was flowing!

Even though my product was out of the one year warranty period, the customer service representative did help me to get replacement missing parts.

Me encantó el diseño del producto en línea, pero al tenerlo en mis manos superó mis expectativas.
