Ordered 2 phone cases and only 1 arrived. Their customer service replied promptly to my email and after a significant delay the 2nd case finally showed up. It took just over 3 weeks in total for both cases to arrive, but they both came in good condition and seem (so far) to be a heavy duty, well made product.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered a phone case advertised as being made from titanium. After waiting around two weeks for delivery, the product that arrived was clearly plastic and not as described. I contacted Caseles immediately to exercise my rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Initially, I was told I would receive: ● a prepaid returns label, ● a convenient local drop-off option, ● and a full refund including the original shipping costs once the return was in transit. Despite repeated follow-up emails, the promised returns label never arrived. Instead, after several more days of chasing, Caseles unilaterally refunded only £20 in cash, added £30 of store credit (which I neither requested nor wanted), and informed me there was no need to return the item. This was despite my repeatedly stating that I wanted a full refund to my original payment method and that I would never shop with the company again. To make matters worse, I was then asked to leave a 4–5 star review despite the issue remaining unresolved. The customer service promises made by the Customer Manager were never honoured, communication was extremely poor, and I was forced to repeatedly chase for responses. If you are a UK customer, be aware of your consumer rights if goods are not as described. My experience has been one of misleading product descriptions, broken commitments, poor after-sales support and an unnecessarily difficult refund process. I would not recommend Caseles and certainly would not purchase from them again.

The case was not magnetic as advertised I was so upset because I can't use the case. The product was overpriced and I'm not able to use the case now. I could had purchased a $10 case on Amazon instead I was sold a $59 case with false advertisement.

Hi there, Shelly here from the Caseles team. I completely understand why you're so upset, and I’m genuinely sorry for the letdown with your order. When you spend $59 on a phone case specifically because it's advertised with magnetic functionality, discovering that the magnet is weak or non-existent is a huge disappointment. You shouldn't ever feel like you overpaid for a basic shell that doesn't work with your magnetic mounts or charging setups. If the magnetic ring on your unit was missing or failed quality checks, you definitely shouldn't be stuck with a useless case or left out of pocket. I'd like to take care of this for you personally and get your money back today. Could you please drop me a quick email at [email protected] with your Order Number and put "Attn: Shelly - Non-Magnetic Case Refund" in the subject line? I’ll pull up your transaction details right away and issue a full $59 refund so you don't have to stress about this anymore. Best, Shelly Customer Support | Caseles.com

I thought the front screen cover would be darker than expected.

I ordered a CaseMe leather case for my Samsung S26 Ultra. The case is nice and fits well. The screen protector is the only issue I have. It is poor quality and requires a very steady hand to get it to line up properly. Shipping took 1 week which isn't too bad as I am in Canada in a small town. Overall, not a bad deal. Let's see now how long the case will last! Thank you!

It doesn't fit my pixel 8 pro...at all! The down button is constantly pressed down which cause my phone to lock itself down.. none of the side buttons line up properly.. why is the camera hole wide open when the rest of the case is sealed..doesn't make sense.. I've tried 10 times to contact someone to help with no luck..phones don't work and email doesn't get a response. Did get a person on the 6th attempt and they said they would get back to me and never did.. with the high price($70) you would assume it was in built right with good costomer service... It doesn't..don't waste your time or money

Warning about this website! Customers are led to believe that they are purchasing high-quality products from a UK-based store. However, the goods arrive from China and are of extremely poor, low-quality workmanship. Returns are only possible to China and involve very high shipping costs. From Germany, return postage costs are at least €30–50. Customer service does not respond. Absolutely NOT recommended!

We are genuinely sorry to hear about your frustrating experience, and we completely understand your disappointment. At Caseles we strive for 100% transparency. While our design and engineering team is based in Florida US], our global manufacturing and primary fulfillment hub is located in Hong Kong. This setup allows us to ship worldwide, but we apologize if this was not made clear enough during your purchasing process. We are actively updating our website to ensure this information is front and center. Regarding the product quality and the return process: We never want a customer to feel stuck with an item they aren't happy with, nor do we want you to pay €30–50 for a return to Asia. Please reach out directly to me at [email protected] with your order number. I will personally bypass the standard return protocol and issue you a prompt resolution—whether that is a full refund or a free replacement—without requiring you to ship the item back to China. We are a growing team, and your feedback is a tough but necessary lesson for us to improve. Best regards,
Kevin D.
This company advertised a shiny “titanium” metal case for the iPhone 16 called the “HAYDEN” turned out to be a flimsy plastic case. Flashy website lousy products. Had to register complaint with my credit card. Waiting for refund.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration, and we want to clear up the confusion regarding your HAYDEN case immediately. To clarify the engineering behind this specific model: The HAYDEN case is designed with a "Titanium-finish" over a flexible, shock-absorbing polycarbonate base. We do not use solid titanium blocks because pure metal severely interferes with the iPhone 16's MagSafe charging, 5G signal reception, and lacks the flexibility needed to absorb impact drops. Our goal was to provide the sleek, premium look of titanium combined with the necessary structural protection of a tactical polymer. However, we take full responsibility if our website description did not make this material distinction clear enough for you. We have already updated the product page to ensure 100% transparency. Regarding your refund: We see that a chargeback was initiated. Please rest assured that we have fully accepted the dispute on our end to ensure your funds are returned to your credit card as swiftly as your bank allows. You do not need to return the case to us. We are sorry we missed the mark for you this time, but we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. Best regards, The Caseles Care Team
